"The property a very dated and not well maintained at all. The carpeting throughout the building and rooms have not been cleaned in very long time, and stink terribly. Sink has cracks in it. Refrigerator had plastic peeling off the sides. Terrible. Don’t let other reviews fool you. This hotel is horrendous! "

"Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support."

"The staff was amazing!! Had a side view of the pool and ocean. Not ideal for walking to restaurants/bars etc. Overall was a great experience! Would stay again!"

"There were water stains all over my bathroom wall, my shower was dirty, I sat out at the pool and could not receive a towel for over an hour, I asked for directions to go grab an iced coffee. Nobody could give it to me., this was the most unpleasant day I’ve had in a hotel in a long, long time, "
